How to Measure Fuel Consumption
Fill your tank to full, reset your trip meter. Drive normally. Fill up again — enter the kilometres driven and litres filled. The calculator uses: L/100km = (litres ÷ km) × 100.
At R23.50/L fuel price, a 1 L/100km difference in consumption equals approximately R352 per year for every 1,500 km driven monthly.
